Best mascara on market for affordable pice
The L'oreal telescopic mascara (carbon)
This is my favorite mascara. It gives you length without the clumps. Not too much volume but this is by far the best mascara I ever used. it is comparable to the Lancome definicils mascara. My understandings it is the same formula.The l'oreal brand is about $9 or less and the Lancome is $30 or more. I just wanted to share this with everyone. Try it out and leave a comment. Oh this can be found at any drug store. I usually by mine from Walmart. You can find a better deal Amazon if you are into online shopping.

Moisturizer
Products I recommend are Clinque can find in most department stores and Neturgena can find in all drug stores.
As for your toner witch hazel will be good enough which is a natural herb and be found next to the alcohol and peroxide.
